Zgradili ste večplastno kariero kot igralka, producentka in kreativna podjetnica.
Naučilo me je združevati instinkt z namero.
Nosite več “čepic”: igralka, producentka, vodja marketinga in komunikacij v Catalyst Studios ter ustanoviteljica Face Yoga Chick. Kako ostajate prizemljeni in avtentični v vsem, kar počnete?
Strast, ne popolnost, me žene. Vse, kar počnem, počnem s srcem, kar zahteva organizacijo, osredotočenost in globoko samospoznavanje. Pogosto delam dolge ure, a ker sem usklajena s svojim poslanstvom, to redko dojemam kot delo. Seveda se še učim počivati, dihati in zaupati toku. Meditacija, dihalne vaje in face yoga mi pomagajo najti mir sredi kaosa.

Ta skok me je naučil odpornosti in predaje. Igranje me nenehno izziva, da grem globlje, ranljivost pretvorim v moč in bolečino v umetnost. Vsako zavrnitev je postala gorivo, vsaka ovira povabilo k širjenju. Ta radovednost me je vodila k režiji, produkciji in pripovedovanju zgodb, ki štejejo.
Potem je prišla Face Yoga Chick — z njo nov nivo ranljivosti. Deljenje svoje zgodbe javno, še posebej bolečih delov, me je sprva prestrašilo.
Resnično videti življenje — kako ljudje dihajo, oklevajo, ljubijo in skrivajo. Oba sta poudarila ravnovesje: pripravo in predajo. Ta zavedanje in avtentičnost naredi nastop nepozaben.
To me prizemlji, vodi in omogoča raziskovanje različnih plasti resnice znotraj lika.

Obleka (GABY CHARBACHY)
Odraščala sem v ašramu v Indiji z materjo in teto, kjer smo prostovoljili in živeli po mantri “ljubi vse, služite vsem”. Ta izkušnja me je uvedla v ajurvedske prakse, masažo obraza in holistično zdravljenje.
Kaj naredi vašo metodo edinstveno v primerjavi z drugimi praksami nege kože in katero filozofijo želite deliti skozi svojo znamko?
Povezuje ajurvedsko modrost, limfno drenažo in masažo obraza z delom z ogledalom, dihalnimi vajami, močnimi pozami in igralskimi tehnikami, ki so mi nekoč pomagale ponovno pridobiti identiteto. Vsak element odraža fragment mojega zdravljenja — dele same sebe, ki sem jih izgubila in znova našla.

Vaša pot povezuje film, poslovanje in osebno rast. Kako vidite povezavo med umetniškim izrazom, samooskrbo in opolnomočenjem žensk?
So neločljivo povezani. Ko se ženske počutijo dobro, izžarevajo samozavest — in samozavest odpira ustvarjalnost, vodstvo in svobodo. A opolnomočenje ni upor; je spominjanje. Ni vojna proti moškim, ampak vrnitev k naši lastni biti. Prava moč ne potrebuje kričanja — preprosto stoji z milino. Zame opolnomočenje pomeni sodelovanje namesto konkurence, enotnost namesto ega.
Ko ženske rastejo, rastejo z njimi tudi skupnosti. Opolnomočenje, umetnost in samooskrba imajo isto osnovo: samospoznavanje. Ne morete voditi drugih, če ste same zapustile sebe.

Ko prenehate opravičevati svojo moč, lepoto in resnico, postanete neustavljive.
Hkrati Face Yoga Chick raste v globalno gibanje.
Nedavno sem lansirala svoj spletni tečaj “Effortless Lift Rituals,” vodeno izkušnjo, ki ženskam pomaga ponovno povezati notranjo in zunanjo lepoto skozi zavestne obrazne prakse, dihalne vaje in dnevne rituale samopotrditve.

You’ve built a multifaceted career as an actress, producer, and creative entrepreneur. How did your background in modeling influence your approach to acting and visual storytelling?
Every experience I’ve had has shaped the woman and artist I am today. Modeling taught me the silent language of emotion — how to communicate feelings without words, how a single gaze or subtle movement can tell a story. It refined my sensitivity to energy, light, and composition, allowing me to understand how visual storytelling can evoke emotion long before a line is spoken.
Acting then became the natural evolution of that expression — it gave meaning and soul to what I had once conveyed only through image. It taught me to merge instinct with intention. Over time, my curiosity pushed me to explore every layer of creation: directing, script supervising, styling — even assisting on major productions — because I’m fascinated by the alchemy that turns ideas into moving art.
My degree in Communication and Marketing strengthened that foundation. It helped me see how every narrative, whether in film or in branding, lives or dies by authenticity. Ultimately, every aspect of my journey — from modeling to marketing — has been about storytelling: telling the truth of the human experience, through every possible lens.
You wear many hats — actress, producer, Head of Marketing & Communications at Catalyst Studios, and founder of Face Yoga Chick. How do you stay grounded and authentic in everything you do?
I wouldn’t say I’m perfectly balanced — but I am fully devoted. Passion, not perfection, fuels me. I pour my heart into everything I do, and that requires organization, focus, and deep self-awareness. I often work long hours, but because I’m aligned with my purpose, it rarely feels like work. Of course, I’m still learning to rest, to breathe, to trust the flow. Meditation, breathwork, and face yoga help me find stillness amidst the chaos.
Life moves in waves — moments of stillness followed by storms of creativity — and I’ve learned to dance between the two. As a friend once told me, “Pressure is a privilege”. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I remind myself that I’m living the dream I once wished for.
Lately, I’ve also been redefining what success means. True success isn’t crossing items off a list — it’s being present. As Cal Newport says, goals can easily turn into wish lists if we don’t act with clarity. For me, authenticity lives in the now — in showing up fully for each moment, project, and person. That’s where the magic happens.
Out of all your projects, which one has pushed you the furthest outside your comfort zone, and what did that experience teach you?
All of them — but especially the decision to move from Italy to the United States. It was an act of faith, a love letter to my craft. I left behind my comfort zone — my family, my friends, the familiar — to follow my calling as an actress. That leap taught me resilience and surrender.
Acting constantly challenges me to dig deeper, to turn vulnerability into strength, to transform pain into art. Every rejection became fuel, every obstacle became an invitation to expand. That curiosity led me to direct, produce, and tell stories that matter.
Then came Face Yoga Chick — and with it, another level of vulnerability. Sharing my story publicly, especially the painful parts, terrified me at first. But when I saw women connecting with it — crying, laughing, healing — I understood that authenticity is the bridge that connects us all. My retreats, especially the one in Dubai, became sacred spaces for transformation. That experience taught me that our greatest power often lies in our willingness to be seen, exactly as we are.
You’ve studied acting with legends such as Giancarlo Giannini and Ivana Chubbuck. What were the most valuable lessons you learned from them — both as an artist and as a person?
The most powerful lesson was to observe. To really seelife — the way people breathe, hesitate, love, and hide. Acting is the art of observation and empathy. Both Giancarlo and Ivana reminded me that great performances don’t come from technique alone, but from truth. Giancarlo taught me the poetry of restraint — how stillness can be louder than words. Ivana, on the other hand, pushed me toward emotional freedom — to face my pain and use it as fuel. They both emphasized balance: preparation and surrender. You study, you rehearse, and then you let go — that’s where authenticity lives. The moment you stop “performing” and start being, the audience feels it. And as Meryl Streep once said, “If you are fully yourself within the character, there’s no such thing as a mistake.” That is the essence of art — self-knowledge expressed through empathy.nThat awareness and authenticity are what make a performance unforgettable.
You’ve been playing the piano since childhood. How does music influence your creativity and the way you embody a character?
Music is sacred to me. It has the power to shift emotions instantly and open invisible doors inside the soul. I often use it to connect with my character’s emotional state — to find the right rhythm, tone, and energy before a scene. Music helps me enter another world, another mindset; it’s never just background noise — it’s a bridge between my inner world and the story I’m telling.
I use music as a vessel to travel into specific emotional states or to imagine backstories that deepen my performance. Sometimes I play with different musical directions, almost like rehearsing various emotional possibilities to see what truly resonates. When I find the song that connects me to a particular state, I’ll listen to it repeatedly until I’m completely anchored in that feeling. It grounds me, guides me, and allows me to explore different layers of truth within the character.
Where did the idea forFace Yoga Chickcome from, and what inspired you to transform your personal experience into a wellness brand?
I grew up spending time in an ashram in India with my mother and aunt, volunteering and living by the mantra “love all, serve all”. That experience introduced me to Ayurvedic practices, facial massage, and holistic healing. Later, I combined those roots with my studies in communication, acting, and NLP to create a method that connects mind, body, and emotion.
When my mother passed away from cancer, I deeply understood how essential it is for women to feel good in their own skin. It’s not vanity — it’s self-love. I saw her suffering not just for deep pains, but to not being able to look at herself in the mirror and recognize herself, to feel “ugly” and scarred, no woman should ever feel this way. I am all about making sure women can feel and look good no matter what, cause is not vanity, is much more powerful than that. Then, in my twenties, I went through an abusive relationship that left me with severe facial trauma. Doctors told me I would never recover, but I refused to accept that. Through face yoga, inner work, and unwavering faith, I healed — and that transformation became my mission. I want women everywhere to know they, too, can rebuild their confidence and beauty from within.

Face Yoga Chick is about more than facial exercises. It’s about learning to look at yourself in the mirror without judgment — to stop wishing to be someone else and start embracing who you are right now. True change begins when you accept yourself as you are; that’s where healing and transformation start.
When you’re a child, you look at yourself with pure love — no filters, no judgment. That’s the state I want women to return to. Face Yoga is mirror work, self-exploration, and reconnection. It’s about touching your face, reconnecting with your story, and rediscovering that sense of wonder and love. From that space, true power is born.
Face Yoga is now a global trend. What makes your method unique compared to other skincare practices, and what philosophy do you hope to share through your brand?
My method is unlike any other, because it was born from my own rebirth. It weaves together Ayurvedic wisdom, lymphatic drainage, and facial massage with mirror work, breathwork, power poses, and the acting techniques that once helped me reclaim my identity. Every element reflects a fragment of my healing — the pieces of myself I lost and found again.
This practice isn’t just a technique; it’s a ritual of remembrance. It’s for women who are ready to meet themselves again — not through judgment, but through tenderness. In my own journey, I had to let a part of me die so another could be born. That surrender was painful, but it was also sacred. Healing doesn’t always have to begin in pain; sometimes, witnessing another woman’s transformation allows us to reach our own more gently.

Obleka (GEMY MAALOUF), nakit (TZURI)
Face Yoga, to me, is not about resisting time. It’s about softening into it — about reconnecting, releasing, and rediscovering the beauty that lives in awareness. I want women to stand before the mirror and see not flaws, but truth. Not perfection, but presence. Because when we finally return to ourselves, that is where real beauty — and real power — begins. I created Face Yoga Chick not just as a technique, but as a safe space — a container for women to reconnect with themselves.
Your journey bridges film, business, and personal growth. How do you see the connection between artistic expression, self-care, and female empowerment?
They are inseparable. When women feel good, they radiate confidence — and confidence unlocks creativity, leadership, and freedom. But empowerment isn’t rebellion; it’s remembrance. It’s not a war against men, but a homecoming to our own essence. True strength doesn’t need to shout — it simply stands tall in grace. To me, empowerment means collaboration over competition, unity over ego. Another woman’s light doesn’t threaten mine; it illuminates the path for us both. I’ve witnessed how, when women gather with open hearts, we create miracles — art, businesses, revolutions of kindness. Because when women rise, entire communities rise with them. Empowerment, art, and self-care all share the same foundation: self-awareness. You can’t lead others if you’ve abandoned yourself. When we reconnect — body, mind, and spirit — we become the most powerful creators of all: women who lead with love
Many women follow you not just for your image but for the inspiration you bring. What is the most important message you hope to share through your work?
I want every woman to know: you are not your past. You are not your pain. I’ve been through darkness — but I am not defined by it, and neither are you. Healing is not linear, but it’s possible. You can rise again, rebuild yourself, and transform wounds into wisdom. Every scar tells a story of survival, not shame. I want women to see that self-love isn’t selfish — it’s revolutionary. The moment you stop apologizing for your power, your beauty, and your truth, you become unstoppable.

Looking ahead — between your film career, Face Yoga Chick, and international collaborations — what excites you most in this next chapter?
This next chapter feels like expansion — in every sense of the word. With Catalyst Studios, I’m deeply proud to champion women and non-binary filmmakers, amplifying diverse voices that deserve to be heard. Together, we’re bringing to life stories that spark emotion, shift perspectives, and move culture forward — stories that remind us of the power of truth and representation.
At the same time, Face Yoga Chick continues to blossom into a global movement. What began as my personal healing journey has grown into a beautiful community of women embracing natural beauty, self-love, and transformation. From our retreats in Dubai and Europe to the incredible feedback I receive every day, I’m constantly reminded that when women reconnect with themselves, everything changes.
I recently launched my signature online course, “Effortless Lift Rituals,” a guided experience designed to help women reconnect with their inner and outer beauty through mindful facial practices, breathwork, and daily rituals of self-affirmation. It’s so much more than a beauty routine — it’s a transformative practice of confidence, healing, and deep self-connection.

Alongside the course, I’ve released my Face Yoga eBook and new video programs, and I’m developing collaborations that blend wellness, artistry, and empowerment in innovative, heart-centered ways.
Still, acting remains my heartbeat — the art of empathy, transformation, and storytelling that first called me to create. I feel I’m entering the most aligned phase of my life — one where every lesson, every scar, and every dream I’ve carried finally finds its place in purpose. And truly, I feel like I’m only at the beginning of something extraordinary.

Thank you so much to GRAZIA and to every reader who has taken the time to connect with my story. Your support, curiosity, and open hearts mean the world to me. I hope my journey inspires you to embrace your own beauty — not just the one reflected in the mirror, but the one that lives within your strength, softness, and authenticity. Remember: confidence is not built overnight — it’s cultivated through love, awareness, and consistency. Keep showing up for yourself, keep believing in your magic, and never forget that when women rise, the world rises with us,” Giulia Lupetti told us in the end.
