Miami je tudi letos dokazal, da ni le prestolnica kopalk, temveč eno najpomembnejših svetovnih središč sodobne resort mode. Obstajajo tedni mode – in obstajajo modna doživetja. Miami Swim Week: The Shows 2026 je znova dokazal, zakaj velja za enega najbolj inovativnih modnih dogodkov na svetu.
Med 25. in 31. majem je prestižni Mondrian South Beach Miami gostil največjo svetovno platformo kopalne mode, ki je združila več kot 50 mednarodnih oblikovalcev ter mesto spremenila v pravo slavje mode, lepote, dobrega počutja, gostoljubja in sodobne kulture.

Več kot dvajset dogodkov na desetih ekskluzivnih prizoriščih je povezalo oblikovalce, kupce, urednike, fotografe, vplivneže in modne ustvarjalce z vsega sveta.
Med najbolj opaznimi kolekcijami je bila Belletage Swimwear, ki je predstavila dve novi liniji oblikovalk Ave Stewart in The Snipe Twins. Kolekciji sta poudarili ustvarjalnost mladih oblikovalk ter nadaljevali poslanstvo blagovne znamke, ki spodbuja nove talente in podjetništvo v modi.
Posebno umetniško noto je dogodku dodala Ema Savahl s kolekcijo In Goddesses We Trust: Persephone. Ročno poslikani modeli, ustvarjeni v njenem ateljeju v Miamiju, so navdih črpali iz grške mitologije ter zabrisali mejo med visoko modo, kopalkami in nosljivo umetnostjo.
Ena najbolj navdihujočih zgodb letošnjega tedna mode pripada blagovni znamki Beachside Bikinis, ki jo je ustanovila komaj 18-letna Amanda Walcott. Postala je najmlajša oblikovalka v zgodovini dogodka, ki je predstavila svojo uradno kolekcijo na pisti Miami Swim Week: The Shows. Fashion’s Most Vibrant Week of the Year. From world-class runway shows to immersive fashion experiences, Miami once again proved why it has become the global capital of resort fashion.
There are fashion weeks, and then there are fashion experiences. This year, Miami Swim Week: The Shows 2026 once again demonstrated why it continues to redefine the future of contemporary fashion events.
Held from May 25 to 31 at the iconic Mondrian South Beach Miami, the world’s largest swimwear fashion platform welcomed more than 50 international designers, transforming the city into a dynamic celebration of fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality, and culture.
Led by CEO Sean Rashid and Fashion Event Director Elizabeth Claros, this year’s edition expanded far beyond the traditional runway. More than twenty events across ten exclusive venues brought together designers, buyers, editors, creators, influencers, and industry leaders from around the globe.
Among the standout presentations was Belletage Swimwear, unveiling two new collections by designers Ava Stewart and The Snipe Twins. The collections celebrated emerging female talent while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to supporting young designers through creativity and entrepreneurship.

One of the week’s most inspiring moments belonged to Beachside Bikinis, founded by just 18-year-old Amanda Walcott, who became the youngest designer ever to present an official runway collection at Miami Swim Week: The Shows. Her sustainable Newport Beach-inspired designs signaled the arrival of an exciting new generation of fashion innovators.
Also making its official debut was BAY Swimwear, introducing The Tropics—a vibrant collection celebrating island living through effortless silhouettes, bold colours, and relaxed elegance.
Meanwhile, IA Vision Resort captivated audiences with Aura Sirena, a collection inspired by feminine confidence, sensuality, and strength. Rich earth tones, dramatic black separates, sculptural silhouettes, and signature crimson prints delivered a refined interpretation of contemporary resort dressing.
