Danes »Tepliy Dom by Anja« podpirajo partnerji in sponzorji, za katere družbena odgovornost ni formalnost, temveč zavestna in globoko osebna izbira.
To ni poskus prikrivanja minevanja časa – nasprotno, projekt poudarja, kako življenjske izkušnje, individualnost in tako imenovane »nepopolnosti« postanejo vir sloga in notranje moči.

Njuna udeležba poudarja osrednjo idejo projekta: zrela starost ni omejitev, temveč nova oblika samozavesti, dostojanstva in lepote.
Danes »Tepliy Dom by Anja« ni več zgolj dobrodelna iniciativa.

To ni projekt obsega – temveč globine. Prav to spremeni vse.
Projekt »Transformation« je del dobrodelnega kluba »Tepliy Dom by Anja«. Katere vrednote povezujejo vse pobude kluba in kakšno je njegovo glavno poslanstvo?
Osrednja vrednota kluba je spoštovanje posameznika in njegove zgodbe. Vse pobude »Tepliy Dom by Anja« povezujejo načela človeškega dostojanstva, pozornosti in toplega, neformalnega pristopa.
Umetniško in konceptualno vodenje projekta prevzema Yulia Gorbacheva, umetniška direktorica projekta in ustanoviteljica salona Infera, enega ključnih partnerjev preobrazbe. Anna Stukkert and Tepliy Dom by Anja: Where Age Becomes Strength
For the past four years, the charitable club «Tepliy Dom by Anja» has been successfully developing in Munich — a social project that has become an important source of support for older generations. Since its founding, the initiative has brought together more than 1,000 active participants and over 400 elderly individuals aged between 70 and 100, creating a living community built on care, attention, and respect.
The project was founded by Anna Stukkert together with Klara Pecherskaya and a group of socially engaged like-minded individuals. Today, «Tepliy Dom by Anja» is supported by partners and sponsors for whom social responsibility is not a formality, but a conscious and deeply held choice.
In 2025, a large-scale aesthetic transformation project was launched within the club, becoming a natural extension of the Tepliy Dom by Anja philosophy. Its essence lies not in changing age, but in redefining beauty. As part of the project, women of the “golden age” are selected at random, and a professional team creates a complete and respectful transformation for each participant: skincare, hairstyling, makeup, manicure, and full image styling. This is not an attempt to conceal the passing of time — on the contrary, the project highlights how life experience, individuality, and so-called “imperfections” become sources of style and inner strength.
Among the heroines of the project are Klara Pecherskaya and Evgenia Rakhlin. Their participation underscores the central idea of the initiative: mature age is not a limitation, but a new expression of confidence, dignity, and beauty.
Today, «Tepliy Dom by Anja» is more than a charitable initiative. It is a contemporary social platform where aesthetics, professionalism, and respect for age coexist on equal terms. The project continues to evolve and remains open to collaboration with specialists and brands that share the values of conscious beauty and social engagement.GRAZIA spoke with the project’s founder, Anna Stukkert, about how the idea of transformation was born and why redefining age has become central to the project’s mission.

How did the idea for the «Transformation» project come about, and why was it important for you to focus specifically on people of an older generation?
The idea for the project emerged very naturally – through observation. We work constantly with beauty, style, and visual expression, and we see how profoundly an external change can influence a person’s inner state. Over time, it became clear that older women are largely excluded from this dialogue. The industry rarely speaks to them in the language of fashion, aesthetics, or pleasure, even though the need for all of this does not disappear with age.
The «Transformation» project is our way of restoring that conversation. It is about showing that style, self-care, and the joy of seeing oneself in the mirror have no age limits.
What does «transformation» mean to you in this project – is it more about external change or an inner emotional state?
– External change is only a tool. True transformation happens within – in the moment when a woman sees herself again, not through the lens of age or circumstance, but through a sense of her own value and individuality. We do not aim to «rejuvenate» or radically alter anyone. We create an image in which a woman feels like herself – confident, visible, alive. And it is this inner state that stays with her far longer than a hairstyle or makeup ever could.
How do you select participants for the project, and what emotions do you most often see after they take part?
– What matters to us is not conformity to visual standards, but an inner readiness for dialogue. Every story in the project is unique, and we consciously avoid blending them together. After participation, the most common feeling is surprise.
Surprise at oneself, at the reactions of others, and at how little it sometimes takes to rediscover a taste for life, interest in one’s reflection, and a gentle courage to be seen.

A large team of professionals is involved in the project. What has been the most valuable part of this collective experience for you?
The most valuable element has been a shared sense of meaning. Each member of the team is a master of their craft, but in this project, everyone worked not toward a result, but toward a state of being. There was no rush, no pressure – only deep respect for the woman in the chair. This rare combination of professionalism and genuine care is what creates the atmosphere in which transformation becomes possible.
Was there a particular moment during the project that touched you the most or stayed with you emotionally?
It is always the moment in front of the mirror. Not dramatic or staged, but very quiet – when a woman looks at herself a little longer than usual, as if meeting herself again for the first time. In those seconds, it becomes clear that the project is truly working.
How do you see the future development of the project, and what would you like to say to those who are considering joining this initiative?
We see «Transformation» as a series of deeply personal stories, each deserving its own space and attention. This is not a project about scale – it is about depth. To those considering joining, we would say one thing: what matters here is not what you can give, but how you know how to be present. That is what changes everything.
The «Transformation» project is part of the charitable club «Tepliy Dom by Anja». What values unite all the initiatives of the club, and what is its main mission?
The core value of the club is respect for the individual and their story. All initiatives of «Tepliy Dom by Anja» are united by the principles of human dignity, attentiveness, and a warm, informal approach. This is not about grand gestures. It is about creating a space where a person feels truly seen. Everything else is simply form.
A key role in bringing the project to life was played by a professional beauty-industry team that supported the initiative on a charitable basis. The artistic and conceptual direction is led by Yulia Gorbacheva, the project’s art director and founder of the Infera salon, one of the key partners of the transformation.
